Really fun transitions. It was definitely challenging for me as the backs of my legs are pretty tight and my balance is not what it once was, but I enjoy a challenge. I could see doing this class periodically after the challenge is completed.
Whoa there, felt like this class could have taken it down a couple notches during those namaskars.
This was a short, focused and challenging practice with a nice relaxed pace.
I couldn't do a lot of these poses with a wonky wrist. I also lacked the necessary balance for Garudasana, but the slow pace allowed me the opportunity to adjust to where I needed to be and still get in a nice practice. As usual, Fiji's wise and kind words were wise and motivational.
