I'm a big Fiji fan, and this is one of your best. About as complete a sequence as I can imagine in 36 minutes. Open hips, loosened back, tingling feet -- this really worked for me today. I especially appreciate the precise guidance, with economy of verbiage and even a few seconds of silence here and there.
The whole sequence of movements seemed to make a lot of sense. Quite challenging for my weak legs. Good mix of mobility, balance and strength. One of the best classes I've done so far.
