Not found a class I don't live from Fiji. Although some I am.yet to be able to do justice love the cues which seem to make my resistance melt. Thank you

I have to say Fiji this practice is now my new favorite. The pace was excellent, the poses were well thought out and you kept it challenging and interesting, working strength, flexibility and balance. Perfect for a long hard day and a reminder that through the chaos of this pandemic we need to return to what keeps us grounded. Thank you!
