Comment:

I thought the flow was fantastic and she was very calm and soothing throughout (even when I was dying inside). One or two easy stretches at the end might have been nice to help relax back out of the exercise, but that's easily added after for those (like me) who need it.

The standing balance was particularly challenging for me, and some of the poses were difficult to enter as my shoulders have little flexibility from years of climbing and is probably not the best program to use if seeking to release your upper back (shoulder blades more than anything).

That said, this proved an excellent compliment to my road-biking exercise. Would definitely recommend adding to your practice.

Have been doing this flow repeatedly and my lower back is very grateful. Thank you Tracey! Fun and interesting!
