Upon first glance I was uncertain how much engagement I would have with spending so much time sitting on the mat, but Tracey quickly changed my mind with the poses and sequence in this practice. Her knowledge and skill shine in this video. I will revisit this video in the future because it was so beneficial for my hips, lower back and I can see how it could support the running I also love to do.
