How lovely! Because I'm so firmly in the Fiji McAlpine camp, I haven't tried a class with Crista before. I had never done those ending side-body/hip stretches and they were yummy. Plus, gotta love when an instructor makes me laugh during a session. I'll definitely revisit this one when I'm running short on time and need a quick brightening!
