This challenging beginner class will teach you how to strengthen and prepare your body for forearm balance (pincha mayurasana). Perfect for beginners progressing towards a more intermediate practice, this class will also help open your shoulders, chest, and hamstrings. Note: Although blocks are not needed for this class, some practitioners may want to have a couple on hand to help support a few of the balancing postures.
