This challenging beginner class will teach you how to strengthen and prepare your body for forearm balance (pincha mayurasana). Perfect for beginners progressing towards a more intermediate practice, this class will also help open your shoulders, chest, and hamstrings. Note: Although blocks are not needed for this class, some practitioners may want to have a couple on hand to help support a few of the balancing postures.

Rachel, Thanks for another great "preparation for" class! I've been working on forearm balance since the Omega retreat, and I think that the shoulder strength you build in this session will help me progress.
