This is a short and very portable class you can do anytime and anywhere! We often find ourselves wishing we could have a little yoga break in our day, especially when we don’t have time to go to a studio or even have a mat. You will be on your feet the entire time during this practice. No mat is required - just the desire to move your body and energy!

Fiji may call this a small practice, but it has a large impact! Be ready to work up real warmth in a short amount of time. It is perfect if you are in a time constraint or do not have your yoga mat. Kudos to you for your creativity Fiji! I love your workouts.
