Your strength and stability of your entire body will continue to improve as you progress in pilates. This thorough, level 2 pilates mat class is a little harder than the ones before it, but Kathi is careful to maintain the foundation that ensures that you don't get hurt and that you optimize the benefits within each class. If you have not done her Pilates Fundamentals: The Five Principles class, it will help you understand how to engage your deeper core muscles properly, so do that class first.

I've been doing Kathy's classes since they came on the site - they are a perfect complement to my reformer classes. Love to start my day with a bit of mat Pilates. Great, clear direction, and love Kathy's fun attitude!
