Your strength and stability of your entire body will continue to improve as you progress in pilates. This thorough, level 2 pilates mat class is a little harder than the ones before it, but Kathi is careful to maintain the foundation that ensures that you don't get hurt and that you optimize the benefits within each class. If you have not done her Pilates Fundamentals: The Five Principles class, it will help you understand how to engage your deeper core muscles properly, so do that class first. If this class feels just a step too far for you, go back to Pilates: Level 2, Class 2. And if you're ready to move on, check out Pilates: Level 2, Class 4.

I've been doing Kathy's classes since they came on the site - they are a perfect complement to my reformer classes. Love to start my day with a bit of mat Pilates. Great, clear direction, and love Kathy's fun attitude!

Thank you Kathi, this is my favorite class by far. I enjoy complimenting my yoga practice with pilates and I look forward to continuing with future classes.
