By the end of this calming, whole-body practice, the headache I've struggled with all day just disappeared. Thank you, Tracy! :-)

Wonderful class. So great to move in different ways. When in tree cobra you mentioned the lower back opening but mine felt more closed and pinched. What might I be doing wrong? Thanks in advance for any input. :)

So happy you enjoyed the class! In tree cobra if you are able to anchor your pubic bone and pull your heart forward through your collar bones you will feel your side body lengthen creating a little more space through your lower back. You're not doing anything wrong ~ simply look to the curious side of space in your body and lean into the reach of your heart. :)
