This was different. I am still processing it. I think it's because my definition of restoration and yoga don't fit into this practice. And that's alright. I am sure I will still notice the benefits as I go. I am used to having more movement in my practice and so my mind keeps wanting to put this in a "meditation" category. I know the little movements and twists are very beneficial though. This whole challenge keeps surprising me. This is definitely a mind-body challenge.

This was a very relaxing class. I found the blue sky concept distracting and prefer to focus on the breath and body sensations. I prefer a more natural guidance rather than one where relaxation is emphasized through the way the words are spoken.
