I did not like the blue sky-visualization. Color blue doesn't calm me down at all. Otherwise, good class

Tianne’s calming voice gives this practice a feel of peacefulness and helped me relax. I also like the outdoor setting with the green foliage as a background. It helps to watch the video before the practice so that the student can focus on relaxation. I would also like to be able to see the poses or shapes from different angles. A view from above would be helpful. I’m not a photographer so I don’t know if this is possible. Perhaps views from a ladder or even a small camera drone might give a better view of the shapes Tianne describes.
