Well I’ve done this three times now on the back of another relaxation class. Evert time I have woken up in shavasana 40 or so minutes later! A total result for me. Thank you Rachel

My first yoga class with my new 4 month puppy and we both loved it :-)
She was super chilled and didn't make a sound.
