This class is the perfect antidote to a day sitting in an office all day - super stretches and beautifully slow and calm pace that keeps your head in the practice - definitely adding to a collection!
lots of balance to warrior 3, great twists and rib/hip openers. whole body workout. Tough one! No shivasana, but option to do on own at end.
