10/5/21. Did this first thing in the morning and my balance was definitely challenged with the visits to tree pose, warrior 3, and standing standing pigeon. The class is definitely a good opening for the hips and for leading into skandasana, but I still had to modify there. If I repeat this class it will be later in the day when my body feels a bit more awake and fluid. Thanks the guidance, Tracey!
