Meditation: Guided Embodiment

This class invites you to approach your practice from the inside out. Let go of what the pose looks like and focus on how it feels in your unique body. Get ready to feel freer!  Key Pose(s) include:  Seated Butterfly Wide Forward Fold

In this practice, you will learn to feel, move, and cultivate internal energy, also known as Qi. Through these moving meditations, you can heal pain and injuries, increase your vitality, and deepen your connection to your body. Additionally, Gabriel will guide you through a tour of Qigong energy centers and Chinese medical meridians. Key Pose(s) include:  Lift Qi Up Pour Qi Down

What is Qigong? Learn the answer to this question as well as a brief introduction to Qigong philosophy. In addition, you’ll be guided through two different Qigong meditations that will help to relax tension and move internal energy.

In this beginner class, Helen guides you to explore the hips and spine, encouraging you to release resistance in your body. You’ll be invited to imagine what it feels like to fully sink into each shape and embrace ease in movement. Key Pose(s) include:  Wide Childs Sphynx Seal

Join Helen for a fully reclined yin yoga practice. This calming practice encourages you to slow down and stretch deeply, making it the perfect way to unwind and release the tension of a busy day. Key Pose(s) include:  Savasana Supported Bridge

Energize your body and move your breath through transitions and longer holds while we build upon lunge, triangle, and half moon. Repetition allows for extra space inside your twists toward the end of class. Leave feeling spacious, rooted, and ready for the day!
