I've been neglecting yoga for the past 6 months as I've spiraled into a storm of depression. I surrendered myself to this session today and it brought me, very easily, to tears. I've always heard of people crying during yoga, but never thought it would happen to me. Well, it did, and it felt so good. What an open, loving yogi, delivering a perfect message of love and acceptance. Just what I needed. Thank you.

I am not good at taking care of myself. I take care of others as a part of my personal and professional life. I exercise regularly but recently, it has been all intense HIIT workouts and demanding yoga. Today I recognized that I needed a rest day; but I also do not do rest days well either. This practice's intention was so perfect and I feel far more relaxed throughout my previously aching body. Thank you
