Sorry, everyone. It looks like it hasn't caused any problem, but this class was mistakenly labelled as a beginner class. We've changed it to intermediate now.

As the description stated, Pranayama Yoga, even on the beginner level, lifted me completely out of a funk. I am relaxed.
This video teaches techniques central to Kundalini Yoga and is a good way to learn or meditate. Performed at 6:45AM, and I feel great!
