Thank you for the detail and creative description in this class. It really helped with working with the poses. Great class.

Excellent class. Lovely and clear teaching style. This class is also a wonderful reminder that sun salutations are not the only way to warm up for class. Perhaps that is my bias because I was trained as a Kripalu yoga teacher at a time when sun salutations were not emphasized over using the breath, gentle stretching and joint openers to prepare the body for more advance postures. This class is not only for times when one starts our feeling lethargic but also for times when one's mind or body wants a change from the same sun salutations in an intermediate class. Thank you!

The class description is spot on, it is somewhat challenging at times, but has the right "speed" for when you're not quite up for a fast flow, but would like to have a great yoga class to "reset" your mind and body. Thanks Ron.
p.s. What kind of bird is "talking" along at the end of class?
