Great class for lower back

Very slow, basic yin yoga class, I didn't feel much release at the time, but about half hour after the class felt good. Needed a warmer space to practice in.

Lots of leg raises and waterfall chair pose, some twists, challenging, but not frustratingly so ;)

Quite a few poses sitting on your heels and malasana, also side planks and several chaturanga, different keeping my eyes open. Nice challenge and at the same time, time for reflection
