Thank you Tracey, I feel spacious and grounded at the same time. Even though I can't do side crow, the preparation for it really stretches out sore hips. Wonderful

I've been on here for I don't know how many years and this might be my first post. This is such a lovely flow, nice variety, nice pace. I just feel happy when I'm done and that says a lot because I hurt my back over the summer and wasn't able to do any physical activity other than walking for a good 6 months (and I'm a lifelong runner, intermediate yogi and triathlon finisher!). I'm finally in a place to find my strength and this video is a joyous achievement for me--especially during quarantine (on Long Island NY--the current epicenter of this pandemic). So grateful. Hi! Glad you enjoyed the half hour flow ..... it is called side crow. Lots of ways to enter and exit it ~ this one I feel is the best alignment for the balance.

Loved this practice - didn't have much time, but what a lot I got out of 30 minutes being guided through the practice by Tracey. Side crow is not going to happen any time soon though!!
This class was the perfect balance between relaxing your body and pushing it just enough to feel your muscles the next day. I will definitely do this one again!
I plan to do this class often to build balance and strength in a good amount of time. Such great flow variations of poses that are obtainable but that I know I can grow to do better. I just wish she'd shown regular crow pose or even the "cheating" side crow since that's not going to happen for me right away. But that's just one pose to modify in an otherwise perfect class.
I did this class after my typical run and it felt sooo good! I’m a beginner/intermediate and found this class the perfect level for me. I did not attempt side crow and instead opted to practice normal crow pose, so it’s definitely a class that’s adjustable depending on your ability.
I really enjoyed this class...reading through the comments, I wish I had just practiced with playing with standard crow, I just didn't think of it at the time! I'm a long way from side crow, but standard may have been more fun for me to play with. This was great- even after a busy day!
I enjoyed this practice so much, I paid for a download so I can use it as I travel overseas. I enjoy Tracey and her quiet manner of teaching. I love DoYogawithMe and the variety of practices and instructors. Thank you!
