Tracey guides you through some hip opening, shoulder strengthening and twisting before taking you into side crow. It's a fun vinyasa flow with a little bit of everything!
The perfect practice with very calm quiet instructions by Tracey. I will repeat the practice to build balance and strength and download it for use during my travels. I look forward for more from Tracey and Do Yoga with Me classes. Thank you.
Beautiful practice and flow. While it was a challenge to float to side, this class helped me strengthen the standard crow. Any other tips to float to side? I’ll keep playing. Love your classes Tracy.
Hi, I'm so glad you enjoyed the flow and playing in side crow does strengthen our standard crow for sure. Floating up into side crow is an ability to deeper the core muscles for flight, and space inside the twist. Tips to play further are keep practicing your twists, any variation whether seated or standing and add in deep core work. A slow steady awareness of core activities in every pose, and throughout the transitions also assists in finding lightness and grace. Hope that helps!
Tracey, Loved every second of this practice. The flow was beautiful and I enjoyed the twisting squats, one leg balances and the transition to crow was the easiest I have done. Lovely! Would love a similar practice in a longer version, but until then this is my new favorite! So thankful for your creative gentle soul.
The half hour was over before I knew it - the consistent pace kept me absorbed and present in my body, feeling calm and well warmed up by the end. Thanks for another great practice and sharing your energy through your classes :)
Beautiful, wonderful flow. It inspired my personal practice as a student and my instructional practice as a teacher. Your cues are so soft and simple yet clear and concise. I also am an avid fan of side crow but always balance with both arms. I was actually able to do it with only one arm today as you demonstrated.

This short little practice is exquisite! Thank you! Felt amazing in the shoulders, hips, and soul :)
Loved the cueing for side crow. For the first time I was able to get into the “non cheating” side crow! Love it Tracey thank you!
Lovely flow! It was a perfect end to my workout today!

Just did this class after a morning run. It was the perfect combination of stretch, balance and class length.
