This class brings focus and precision to the forefront, as strong sensations and purposeful movements keep our awareness linked to the moment and our every move. Wow, that just FLEW by. Great workout, yet didn't feel aggressive. As always, I love that Fiji always incorporates yoga philosophy into the practice (as it should be)!

This class is hardcore! My legs are shaking with happiness. It focuses on leg strength, balances, twists, and finishes with core strengthening. Very challenging not because of difficult postures, but because she asks us to stay and explore each pose. This will be one of my staple yoga classes for sure.

I was feeling adventurous today, so I gave this a try, although I generally consider myself to be at an intermediate-level. I must say, it did push me beyond my limits at times, but in a good way. Because of the longer holds on some poses like half moon, it really allowed me to see how different my left and right sides are. Also, I enjoyed the slow, deliberate pace a lot. Feel very relaxed and grounded after this one!

These classes show me how far I have come in my practice and in using what I learn on the mat, in my day to day. Sometimes I am humbled and somedays I can rise above. Mostly, the realization that each day is different and that surrendering is necessary to overcome many challenges. It is quite counterintuitive. Figi, you are amazing in so many ways, but I must say, your little adjustments make all the difference. I hope to join you someday on a retreat. That would be such a gift!!

i resubscribed to get access to these new advanced classes and to show my support for the wonderful teaching. Fiji is just really gifted. I was also missing more flow but this class slowed me down, allowed me to really focus and I am sure I will feel it immensely tomorrow. thank you!

This is a wonderful class, and after a whole hour's immersion in it my mind and body feel lighter and more fluid. It's amazing how balance changes from side to side and day to day, so my half moons definitely couldn't take the bind today, but I'm noticing I'm more "ok" with that than I might have been in the past, and I feel good that my mind was getting there! Thanks so much for the incredible guidence and encouragement Fiji!

I really appreciate how focused you've been on mindfulness and meditative practice lately, it's been very helpful. And this class is so very good, I feel strengthened in every way!
Also, if you happen to feel like doing an even more challenging advanced class sometime in the future, I think some of us wouldn't mind getting a lil sweaty :)

I have felt more comfortable in front of the camera this year, which has resulted in my own willingness to teach more from my heart. The themes, and content I share in my live classes, workshops and retreats really reflects the full practice I love to share. I am starting to find ways to incorporate more of that in the online classes!

I don't think I could have loved this class any more. I'm in my marathon taper week and needed something to focus my attention but not physically exhaust me. This class was exactly what I didn't realise I was looking for! Spot on - focused my attention, lots of sweet twists, and not too heavy in terms of physical effort. Thank you so much Fiji!

Fiji has a way with transitions and flowing from simple breath-work to heated, intense poses, and finally to nourishing stretches. And she never misses an opportunity to speak truth while engaging in the poses so that the internal body gets its own yoga medicine throughout. :)

I am definitely not an advanced yogi, more like an intermediate but sometimes I like to push myself and try an advanced class. I went into this class knowing it may not go well and I did chuckle to myself as I was falling all over the place and a few times my muscles were quivering! However, unless I try these more challenging classes I won't be able to tell if I am improving and I am happy to see that I have come quite a long way in the past 6 months and I owe it all to Fiji and the other great instructors on this site!

Thank you so much, dear Fiji, for this full length wonderful and well rounded practice, I enjoyed the focuson proprioception, too. I usually do some pranayama before and some meditation after online classes as this works best for me. I liked the balance between building heat and the playfulness in flows. Ending in Savasana after some core strengthening felt like heaven, with this magical and satisfied feeling spreading through my body, breath and mind after a good practice.
