This power yoga practice is an intermediate level flow with elements that will challenge the advanced student. Fiji's intention with this yoga class is to help you to physically and mentally find your ground; to create and trust your own strong foundations and to cultivate deep roots. Fiji guides you through a series of poses where gravity becomes a friendly force, helping to create steadiness and ease in the moment.

This class showed up at the perfect moment for me - it is slow enough, that I could really focus on the inside, breath, concentrate and go deep into the poses on a stormy, chaotic day in the middle of loudly playing children. It left me calmer, thankful, smiling and also satisfied physically!
In gratitude for the rooting and grounding Yoga Medicine in this sequence, offered through Fiji's grounded wisdom-in-motion, and the gift of the Trees.
Gift yourself this practice in times of turbulence, and any time!
And by the way, I find it's also accessible for Intermediates (just some modifications should do). Glad I followed the call to 'try it on'.
