The intro to this practice was great - I felt really focussed and present throughout the practice with Fiji's clear instructions. A great short practice if you don't have much time in your day, I loved having a try at jumping into crow, definitely one to practice!
Nice practice but too difficult for me, I have to work on my flexibility more and will take it day by day with patience, namaste :)
Definitely on the challenging end of intermediate for me. Great class to generate internal heat! Goal for this year is master bakasana! :D
