Short but challenging!
Invigorating practice. Would have liked to spend some more time with the bird of paradise/crow sequence.
Didn't think I would be warm enough to do bird of paradise within this short practice. Was actually easier since my muscle weren't fatigued from a long warm up. Very nice as always
This was an interesting class that had some fun positions. I always love Bird of Paradise. My only wish was that it was 10 minutes longer. I just didn't feel quite worked out enough for the day, so I paired this with an other video. Overall though, magnifique!
