I finished the class feeling so limp it was just too much trouble to move. Love the way we reached relaxation by
methodical working and releasing of muscles, stretching, and focused breathing.
Thanks so much Satiya for your videos here, they are fantastic. I find your cueing very clear and helpful in maintaining relaxed focus. Question about tight hips - sitting upright for an extended period of time I notice it's hard to keep my spine elongated. In another one of your classes you mentioned sitting on a folded blanket or something else to tilt the pelvis slightly. Would that be appropriate for this class too?
