Thanks so much Satiya for your videos here, they are fantastic. I find your cueing very clear and helpful in maintaining relaxed focus. Question about tight hips - sitting upright for an extended period of time I notice it's hard to keep my spine elongated. In another one of your classes you mentioned sitting on a folded blanket or something else to tilt the pelvis slightly. Would that be appropriate for this class too?
