In this vigorous power yoga class, Crista teaches you how to move from Astavakrasana (Eight-Angled Pose), into Eka Pada Koundinyasana (Sage Koundinya's Pose) and back. These challenging arm balances will test even advanced yogis, but Crista spends plenty of time warming you up with hip-openers, twists and back bends before you attempt the final peak pose.

I'm so happy to be able to be a paying supporting member too. Keep up the good work. I sadly just found out that inversions are not recommended for people with pituitary Tumors (I have prolactinoma). Is there any way around this? for example:- is it possible to skip the down dog in a sun salutation or replace it? I really do not want to have to quit yoga altogether because of the inversion factor. Thanks !

Hi there, a great replacement for vinyasas are to do tabletop cat/cow curls instead. There are always replacements/modifications for every pose- no need to give up on yoga!!

My body is shaking and smiling inside. What a beautiful, amazing, challenging class! I've often looked for a challenging flexibility class without too many sun salutations or chatarangas and this is it! Thank you so very much!
