In this vigorous power yoga class, Crista teaches you how to move from Astavakrasana (Eight-Angled Pose), into Eka Pada Koundinyasana (Sage Koundinya's Pose) and back. These challenging arm balances will test even advanced yogis, but Crista spends plenty of time warming you up with hip-openers, twists and back bends before you attempt the final peak pose.

What a wonderful class, and hard! I loved the little snippets of rest, crazy contortions and flowing movement. The Shiva Rea flow is awesome. I also always love Crista's incorporation of a beautiful chant at the end of class. Loved it!!! Thank you. Namaste.

I had wanted to do this practice for a while and finally had the time and felt I was at a point to try it.

While I could not do some of the peak pose parts, I loved the practice. It is advanced however it is a wonderful practice with options for intermediate yogis.
