Crazy Eights
In this vigorous power yoga class, Crista teaches you how to move from Astavakrasana (Eight-Angled Pose), into Eka Pada Koundinyasana (Sage Koundinya's Pose) and back. These challenging arm balances will test even advanced yogis, but Crista spends plenty of time warming you up with hip-openers, twists and back bends before you attempt the final peak pose.

I have used many of the free classes that are offered on this site as part of my regular practice, and I am so happy to be able to finally be a regular paying member to support the good work on here. This was the first video I tried as a subscribed member and I have to say that the excellent instruction and quality of the free videos has put me in a place to safely attempt and satisfyingly accomplish nearly all of the poses in this video (except for the peak poses -- not quite there yet). The creative transitions of the flows kept me motivated to continue to see what would come next even though I may have felt tired and wanted to stop. I can't thank the team enough for providing a service that got me through so many difficult days and fits my lifestyle perfectly. Namaste.
Even if you are not quite at the advanced yogi, like me, this class if definitely worth doing. The flow left me so open and strong I was able to do both peak poses. Just wasn't able to flow back and forth between the two but there is always next time :] Thank you Crista!!!
