Chair Yoga for the Upper Body
If you thought you couldn't do yoga in a chair, think again! Chair yoga is perfect for seniors, office workers and anyone who finds it difficult to sit on the floor or stand. In this 30-minute class, David shows you how you can stretch the upper body in a thorough, effective way. This class focuses on the upper body. You can find exercises for your lower body here.

I have recently had surgery on my inner ear. I typically do the Intermediate and Advanced level classes, but I have strict orders not to do forward folds and not to strain in any way for several weeks. (I know!) Laying on my back causes vertigo. I am so thankful that I found this class! It helps me to maintain my mobility and guides me through some great breath work during this challenging period of recovery. Good for my body, and great for my soul.
