This chair yoga class teaches you how to stretch your lower body while in a chair. Sitting in a chair is often the best way to stretch and strengthen body, particularly if you're a senior, you're tight or you have a disability that makes it difficult to stand or sit on the floor for long periods. Thank you so much for these chair classes. I'm recovering from knee replacement, and this style feels so good and is accessible to my limited range!

Your commercial announcements keep interrupting my viewing - it is extremely annoying. Please correct this now

Hi David, my mom who has had back surgery and since never have had good mobility is now losing ability to step decisively with her right foot. We did this class together and it's the first time she did any type of exercise in over 2 years. She really liked it. Is there a series of chair yoga for those who have limited mobility? Thank you so much, Susan.
