This class teaches you how to stretch your lower body while in a chair. Sitting in a chair is often the best way to stretch and strengthen body, particularly if you're a senior, you're tight or you have a disability that makes it difficult to stand or sit on the floor for long periods.

Thank you very much! I am recovering from a surgery on the knee, and this class is very great to soften it to pursue my ergotherapy and physiotherapy exercices during the day. I do it with the chair yoga for the upper body, so I continue to work all my body even with my limitation.
