This class was short, lengthening and well rounded. Thank you for the fun flow!
I loved that even though this was a shorter class, it still was well rounded and challenging!
Some of the stretches were not stretchy for me which is ok Im used to that, but also, unlike the more traditional poses, there was no obvious way to modify them so that I did get a stretch :( Other than that, a lovely short class.
Really good class when you need a boost and don’t have a lot on time
