Great class for a short morning practice. I feel stretched, energetic and happy.
Great short practice. I don’t have a lot of time before work in the mornings, so this was a fantastic way to wake my body up in the morning.
Another great practice from Tracey. I do enjoy Tracey's commentaries "It feels SO good!", etc.
Although short, this one was challenging with quick transitions. Will come back to this one again.
