Interesting flow. It was a little weird to spend so long on one side before moving on to the other. I know it is a short video but I missed savasana at the end.
This short, well sequenced class was the perfect way to start what will be a busy Saturday! Namaste.
Short and sweet! Just what I needed.
Shortly before the holiday last month, I was rear-ended by a semi on the freeway (the driver didn't see traffic stopped for an accident ahead). I was unbelievably lucky and I walked away. Over the past 3 weeks, with the help of teachers in this community, I've regained almost all of my strength and flexibility. But one of the things that hasn't quite healed is my mind. My anxieties are off the charts and I am struggling to gain control. I especially love Tracy's classes because at least for this short time I'm on the mat, Tracy's skilled voice brings me back into my body. The lessons from her classes give me something to hold on to as I move into the rest of my day.
