Thanks very much! I really felt good about doing yoga and being consistent to finish all 7 days. The idea of a challenge is an excellent motivator. Feeling like I'm just getting started, I will do this challenge again. I really like Melissa's instructions, so clear and easy to follow. I know I need to keep working on remembering to breathe completely through the core.
