Basics and Beyond : Side Stretches
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 4 - Side Stretches in Melissa's weeklong series: Basics and Beyond 7-Day Yoga Challenge. Perfect for all levels, this gentle practice focuses on side bends and stretching out the sides of your torso. Note: You will need a block for this class.

Melissa's practices are just perfect. Complete body workout with a specific focus, and her cues make it easy for me to adjust the practice to whatever level of challenge suits me today.

Day 4 yay! Thanks again, it's so great to be doing yoga in the morning each day with this challenge (although I had to miss a day due to going away ), but back in today!
