This class requires a lot of balance and for some reason I was having a hard time with that. Will have to try it again. Maybe next time I will understand the masculine/feminine component, it eluded me today.
Loved the figure of 8 hips (Ron has some great hip action!) and shaking out. Also loved doing dancers pose with the strap (I used my dog's lead!). Felt very powerful. Thanks Ron!

Lovely chill class, it's more a tutorial than a flow class and I'd definitely say it's more int 1/2 than int 3/adv level
