An excellent practice, thank you. I loved working with yin and yang in my mind. the balances were a challenge today for me. I will do this class again and hope to be less wobbly next time!

This class requires a lot of balance and for some reason I was having a hard time with that. Will have to try it again. Maybe next time I will understand the masculine/feminine component, it eluded me today.

Loved the figure of 8 hips (Ron has some great hip action!) and shaking out. Also loved doing dancers pose with the strap (I used my dog's lead!). Felt very powerful. Thanks Ron!
