Hi Ron this is the first practice I have tried taught by you, thank you it was nice to flow around the balances to avoid getting tight or tense, will look out for further classes
Ron, thank you for bringing magic to yoga practice. I have tried most of your classes and love them all, and have done some many, many times. This one will will be added to the many, many times list. I feel such inner peace by the end of each class with you, and it creates a great day for me. I would love a full body intermediate stretch class from you.
Ron is such a great teacher and I love how authentic he is. This practice is full of balancing poses and it is wonderful how Ron walks through the poses. It is a nice way to push your edge - especially if you are still a beginner/practicing some of the balancing poses.
I giggled a few times --- you will see why when you do the practice. It is fun !
