Balancing Backbends
Working on foot balances can be tough enough. When you combine it with backbends you get a tough class that leaves you feeling amazing. Add to that Fiji's beautiful style and natural skill, and you have yourself a yoga class you'll want to do again and again, especially since it's all packed into 22 minutes!

This is a short practice but I found it pretty challenging. Good class to wake you up in the morning.
I really like the way the flow moves into dancer, it felt very smooth. For me I feel I needed a bit more warming before the first strong cobra, so will warm up before I practice this next time. Many thanks
