The class felt great in the shoulders. Although this was a shoulder class, I have been having limited range of motion in one knee and this class also helped the knee to loosen. THX
Starting with a headache and nasal congestion, this class was intense enough to get the blood flow going and pull me out of my head and into my body, yet the moderate pace and duration made sure there wasn't too much stress on the cardiovascular system.
It didn't exactly cure my symptoms, but I feel so much better overall now. Thanks, Fiji!
