Thanks Ron for this class. I smiled the whole time and really could connect to both masculine and feminine energies. This is something I had been struggling with and I just happened to select this class today. My spirit truly honors your spirit and all the spirits on this site. Thanks!

I love the "Do Nothing" meditation. Can you recommend a longer meditation on that theme? When you asked your first question — what does it mean to do nothing — my answer was "failure." So you can see why I could use a more extended "do nothing" practice when I have time.

I love this little class, I do it whenever I have an extra 20 mins in my day. Would love if you did more. Thanks so much.

When I need recovery, relaxation, and reminders to be gentle with my body Satiya’s classes are my go to. I like this class for my rest days and when I don’t have the time or mental energy for a longer class. My back and muscles feel less tense after this class.

Hi Lisa! I'm not a medical professional, so unfortunately don't have the knowledge to advise on particular conditions. My personal, non-medical perspective is that Morton's neuroma seems to affect the feet, so this class would likely be as challenging as a typical yoga class.

I would consult with your medical provider ~ I'm sorry, I wish I could offer something more substantive!

Brilliant practice, so much thought into giving us time to ease into the hip openers. Walking pigeon :). Good balance challenge. I feel better. Thank you

This class went by so quickly! I'm excited to move on to the longer sequence. I can't get myself into the full pose yet, but I enjoy practicing the strength, flexibility, and intention so that one day I'll be able to accomplish eka pada koundinyasana II!

The pose is not the point, one of my favorite sayings. There will always be a pose or two in a class that you can't do to the highest level, modifying the poses to meet your needs each day is part of the this practice. You can keep coming back to this class if you find it is helping you make progress, but don't limit yourself to doing just this class.
