I started in Ashtanga yoga and never really got how to jump through. My instructor tried for a while but I never really understood and got frustrated.

From several videos on DYWM, I've started to get the hang of it. (I was super-excited to consistently roll over my toes in moving from planche to cobra to down dog. Now I'm really looking forward to practicing my jumps! Thanks!
