That was great, with a lot of stuff that I could not yet do! I basically did not manage to get into ANY of the arm balances, haha, and then totally surprised myself by succeeding at the very last one! Had never imagined that I could do that honestly! Woohoo :) Thank you Fiji!

Thank you for dedicating the time, thought and planning to create this series. I was reluctant at first, feeling like the beginning was full of so much instruction and mechanics that I was missing the soulful element. But as the series progressed, I saw how those details helped build the skills necessary to truly dive into the practice with body and mind. And in the end, I do feel like this is a beginning to a more elevated practice for me. I agree with so many others - you are gifted, Fiji. Thank you for sharing your gift with us.

The cues about pleasure were so helpful - I noticed the postures where my habvit of attending to the form has somehow put a limit on how muich I let myself feel in those moments. Really great exploration - thank you.

So happy that you love this one, it too is one of my favorite spots! The hand balance does come with time and play, practice it every week and you will be amazed at how quickly it unfolds. I like to make sure I am warm and open before going into it, and it helps to press your legs out with conviction to creat balance!

So grateful for this mediation and would love it if Rachel has time to do some more, similar classes. I've been able to practice this alone, without the video as a guide, when I am away from home and it has really helped me in stressful situations. Thank you Rachel.

This will leave you with boundless energy however I warn you there are a lot of twists. :) Great work by Fiji on beginner/advance options for the poses. A must for my favorites.

Thank you Fiji - I really enjoy this challenge! I have done many of your other classes before, but with this series I understand the intention of the different poses so much better with the suggestions of the different levels. Namaste!
