A nice , short meditation to do any time of day and for any level. Great for a beginner or to start an Asana practice.

So grateful for this mediation and would love it if Rachel has time to do some more, similar classes. I've been able to practice this alone, without the video as a guide, when I am away from home and it has really helped me in stressful situations. Thank you Rachel.

Simple and effective breathing meditation - wonderful before a yoga class to help me start the yoga w/ a focused and less chatty mind. I really liked the ending - touching the body with warm, gentle hands. Thank you, Rachel!
