Crista is so full of energy, and it’s contagious. Very good class, and challenging for me as someone who is transitioning from beginner to intermediate. “No crazy legs” comment and demonstration was fantastic lol.

Thank you Sarah! It was a nice thorough session, and I was able to do the deeper versions of the yang poses, which I didn't expect. I found the yin part a lot more challenging, mainly because of the long holds, though of course, I see that's the point. Feeling all loosey goosey and energized now :)

Thank you, Jeff. I had a near death experience / emergency about 2-2.5 weeks ago. I am still recovering and needed my "yoga" fix.
I felt this would be a good, therapeutic practice. It was. Short but gave my body some much needed, gentle movement.

Jeff is an excellent teacher/guide for practices.

I have two pinched nerves in my neck. I’ve been doing the Yoga for Upper Back throughout the week for a couple of years. It’s really helped me, and I refer to it as my neck saver. Thank you!

I love this class now in my third trimester and approaching baby day. I always feel so good when I complete this (or any of Fiji’s) class. My body feels loose and warm and aligned. This is a very good pace for me currently at 36 weeks, but has been great for several weeks. Fiji does a great job in all of her classes warming the body up gently and preparing for any deeper holds/poses. Thank you for providing these wonderful classes. I am looking forward to starting my post-partum recovery with DYWM soon too.

My first practice with Ron - I loved it! The concept of feeling the skin of your back touching the floor, but your bones curving naturally into neutral spine really helped me feel and solidify this better in my body. I also loved north/ south elbows, will use these visualizations again. Thank you!
