very relaxing-slow pace but good stretches. starts lying down, really good side stretch, then moves to some hamstring, hip, a few really good feeling forward bends that give you a good release. The music does not detract, just makes it more zen - use this one when you don't want a active up and down flow -
-
starts with nice grounding - lots of flow and sun salutations, very energizing
second time - loved as much as first time - energizing - love her as an instructor
-
good yin stretches, just long enough and really released a sore back. postures are challenging but acheivable for me
-
-
nice mix of flow and deep stretches - good for hips
-
-
feels really good after work
-
very satisfying, slow flow, almost meditative like a tai chi mellow but feel really good and relaxed after
-

exactly as title deep hip stretches for entire practice. ends with a really long guided shavasena if you are up for it. hips feel great but only focuses on hips not for if you want an overall body stretch
-
for when you want a longer more challenging class. little lecture at the beginning but lots of sweating and good stretches. Pace is just right, time flies by
-
I like the pace, not crazy fast - poses are challenging for me, since I am more of a beginner. has wild thing, which I can now do clumsily, got really tired by 29 minutes, stuck it out to about 45 minutes, taking the first easiest options on poses. feels good, but tiring.
-
good hip stretch and lower back
-
nice pace worked for when shoulder is injured just back off when needed
-
challenging for me but good have to stay in the easiest version of some crazy poses
-
very intense release of shoulders I like the relaxing sequences at start and end because if your shoulders are tense, likely you are holding stress!
-
fantastic hip stretch gets into the gluten and IT band in different ways
