10/6/19 Excellent class to stretch out the hips and calves - after a week of hiking, I needed this! Feel good, juicy stretches with just the right amount of holding; a great way to release tight muscles and tight mind. Bookmarked for future use. Great stuff from Rachel, as always. Thank you!

I've practice this at least one hundred times and realized I have not commented !! It offers so much beyond the physical. Reminding me to be held is always like coming home :)

I really enjoyed this practice. My knees have been sensitive lately due to increased walking. I'm hoping this helps strengthen them. I noticed the time is actually 30 minutes instead of 19 as listed .

Thank you, Fiji!
I have been practicing yoga for 2.5 years only and just started doing my practice with DYWM. I am very happy that I turned to your practice suggestions and completed the 14-days yoga challenge. I enjoyed a wonderful combination of your no-robot yoga, that is meaningful practice with attention to detail, and a balanced infusion of spiritual component without the excessive new age drivel. You are a wonderful instructor. Thank you!

My first class after a week plus of bad flu. Was a bit hesitant upon the red tag, but then saw your name. Turned out to be so refreshing and the inversions released my blocked nose! Thank you so much Tracey!

I did this class every other day for several weeks after 2 months of PT had failed to take the pain away from a bad shoulder sprain. Fixed! And then I did it every other day starting a week after lumpectomy/sentinel node biopsy, and my surgeon was amazed at how quickly I got full range (pain free!) of motion back. It is a wonderful hour for anyone with shoulder issues.

David: First, as a totally new person starting yoga, I appreciate everything shown to me thus far. Some comments---I personally have difficulty in hearing you, especially6 when you lower your head/face. Second, would like the 'meaning' of the art behind you with the primary/secondary colors? Also, the meaning of the characters inside--what does it say/mean? Third and finally, would like to know if you personally are a Ukrainian or Russian. I am 100% Ukrainian. Thank you sir. I feel healing starting, realizing on the mat that I have closed the gate and trying now to open it with compassion. Thank you so much, Fiji.
