I suffer awfully from insomnia but have found that when I wake, the 12 min track for falling back to sleep works EVERY time. I would recommend this to all women suffering from menopausal symptoms! Thank you David, you have a lovely soothing voice :)
Great meditation tracks. But, as someone else wrote, I would like to play only one track at the time and not have to manually turn it off. @David - is that possible?
