I did this with my friend on Monday night and she too loves this class! I love the different stretches and the pace and everything about this class!!!! My husband said I should get dywm.com tattooed on my forehead so he doesn't have to listen to me share this yoga site with every Tom Dick and Harry. Maybe I will.
I encourage everyone even remotely curious about Yoga to do the 14 day challenge, your mind and body will feel soooo much better after.

I literally laughed out loud with your comment about sharing dywm.com to every Tom, Dick and Harry! I too go around like a billboard telling anyone that will listen that they MUST check out the site. Fiji, as well as the rest of the crew, are amazingly inspirational on those days you really just don't feel like getting on the mat. For anyone that either doesn't have enough time, or too much time, this is the place to be. The 14 Day Challenge was exactly what I needed to get 2016 off to the right start. Thank You Fiji for an amazing 14 days! I will be repeating it with my son.....another person who is tired of hearing me brag about dywm.com

Fiji is by far my favorite yoga instructor ever. Her classes have never disappointed me. Each one has something I have never seen before. I would love to be able to take an actual class with her. If you are ever in the state of New York, Fiji, please let your followers know.

As is always the case with Fiji's classes, there are a few challenging poses that really test your ability. Fiji presents these in a way that allows you to progress to complete the poses as you build up strength and technique over time. A 30 minute class is just the right amount of time for me in the morning, lunchtime or last thing at night. It is pitched and paced perfectly - thank you Fiji.
